ConOps and Root Cause

We want to understand the Concept of Operations (ConOps) and the root cause of your challenges.  If you come to us early, we can help you develop the written requirements and the acceptance test plan before you get too far down the design and evaluation paths.  A good technical lead and good projejct manager are able to write down a good plan.  Once a good plan is formulated, execution is often easy.

About Southwest Prototyping

Our company was founded by a team of engineers with a goal of providing the highest quality engineering without the overhead and inefficiencies of a large company.  Our team consists of mechanical, electrical and software engineers each with 15 to 30 years of experience.  We are located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, home to Sandia National Labs (SNL) and Air Force Research Labs (AFRL). All team members and owner of Southwest Prototyping are from and located in the United States, are U.S. citizens and many have recently or currently hold U.S. Government Security Clearances.
